Meet the Founder: Miriam Lovejoy

Miriam Lovejoy founded the Build Beyond Foundation from a place she knows personally. Growing up, opportunities like summer camps simply weren’t available to her. Years later, as a mother of five, she opened those doors for her own children, reflecting on those kids whose families desperately wanted the same experiences but couldn’t afford to. This need for community impact sparked the creation of Build Beyond. Miriam believes that a child’s world should extend beyond their family’s bank account; often, one opportunity can transform what a child believes is possible.
